"stay in front" does not work

Hi there, i have the Problem that Miranda NG Contact List does not stay in the front
(it although doesnt stay in the back)
if i click on may browser or any other appliaction the contac window vanishes
i marked the "always stay in front" under Contact list (window behavior)
someone an idea how to solve this problem ?

Chairok, you need to check "Always on top" somewhere in Contact list settings.
