MirandaIM steals hotkeys

Greetings. I have a rather old setup of MirandaIM 0.10.69 and recently discovered that it sets global hotkeys such as Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A which are not visible anywhere in settings.

If anybody could help me narrow it down to a plugin or feature, I would be eternally grateful.

I wouldn't come to the forums, if it was there.
There's only one keybind with R (Ctrl+Shift+R - most recent unread session, limited to app) and no keys with A.
Found it via https://github.com/BlackINT3/OpenArk, and confirmed by restarting the app.
Some time after the application start, the keys are free. I can work and all that, but suddenly, the keys are stolen again.
