weather forum using weather underground no longer supported

I was using weather underground .ini file with the weather plugin but since a week or two I start to receive the "the api is no longer supported" or something like this in the console. I live in Canada and I was not able to find another .ini that worked for my city. Anyone is still able to fetch weather info in north america ? I did try msn and yahoo but had no success.
