- Delete ICQ.dll
- Start Miranda
- if it does not crash, upgrade to a version with debugging symbols via PluginUpdater
- Install ICQ via PluginUpdater
if the crash happens again, the crashlog will contain useful information
without debugging symbols it is almost useless
