you could save all *.ASL as unicode/UTF-8/16 (UTF-16 is good when skype will use emoji=>picture too)
because what if someone have their Miranda on USB , and go on Windows which have other language formating than Russian ... then you got something like "Smile | Óëűáŕţńü"
