Weather plugin - how does it work?

I installed it and, according to its description, I expected it to create some weather "contact" in my contact list. But that didn't happen.
Even I also installed the Popups plugin that it requires, I still can't see Weather plugin working. I see all its options, but I can't see any weather info anywhere.

Does anyone uses this plugin already? Or, maybe, can somebody test it and say how it works?

You need to use "Search and Add contact" function where you will search for your "city" and then you manually add wanted contact (city).

Also you need to have .ini files with weather providers definition in plugins/weather folder (but it's probably included in weather plugin archive so you probably have it already).

Ah, thanks man! I would've never got it by my self.
Maybe such a short description could be added there on plugin site. I'm sure I'm not the only noob.
