Problem with skype on win xp

Hi , since few days igoo i am unable to connect to Skype  on windows xp .
 thera is a message : ssl connection failure (80090326 377): The message received was unexpected or badly formatted


What can i do?

It is not only skype.
Exactly the same problem with GG protocol.

Seems there is problem with ssl on windos XP. Is it possible to fix? Or Windows XP is no longer supported?
One old version of miranda-ng was managing to connect despite of the warning, but afters few minutes of working this older version was crashing.

What can i do?

Try to install OpenSSL plugin via PluginUpdater and restart Miranda.

Windows XP native crypto does not support modern algorithms and encryption schemes

Yes. Inastalling OpenSSl plugin make miranda-ng to connect to skype. Unfortunately few seconds after connecting miranda crashes  or just exits witout any notification.

Miranda ng work fine if i do not try to connect to skype or if i remove openssl.dll .

When miranda ng crashes there is message . "crashl report write location is not availabe" or something like this.


Wnat can i do now?

Is it possible somehow to updete or change SSL mechanisms in Window XP?

When miranda ng crashes it should offer to copy crash report to clipboard
Post crash report here, but before check updater settings, you should update to version with debug symbols (report is useless without symbols)

I updated to stable version with debug symbols. But unfortunately miranda ng exits witout notiffication. After few starts i managed to receive only single message window (attached). Unfortunately the dialog with option to copy crash log in the clippoard no loger appears.

I enabled TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.1 on xp. it sems worked. Now miranda ng connects to skype witout openssl.dll . but unfortunatelq again it crashesh.
There was tree windows asking for saving crash log and i copied only the last one. I hope it is good enough.

Here is another crash log . It is from WIndows 7 (copied to clippboard)  , but there is a minor possibilyti that the problem is the same as in windows xp.  Again it seems that the problem is hidden in ssl module.

Please, do not use OpenSSL plugin under Windows 7 and newer.
OpenSSL is very bugged software.

Now miranda ng connects to skype witout openssl.dll

but crashlog saying OpenSSL plugin is present

On windows xp MIranda ng connected both with openssl and without openssl (with hack for transfering xp to xp embeded). And wnen connects it crashes.
I removed the hack as it did not helped.  Without the hack miranda ng connects to skype only with opensll , and when connects it crashes. It is strange: i have several accounts on skype , and it seems that  only connecting to that with many contacts causes crashes.

On windows 7 i thought that there is no openssl but it was presend. I remowed it. For now there is no problems on windows 7.

Finally i managed to get an crash log - crash20190130150059.txt.
I hope it will be good.
Also i have memory dump : crash***.mdmp but i don't know if it is safe to upload memory dump here.
Is it safe to upload *.mdmp files? Should i upload them?

It turned out that there are lot of crash logs and crash dumps , but they are with zero size.

crashlog crash20190130150059.txt is when openssl is removed and hack for upgrade of ssl to stl 1.2 is present.  (withoput the hack and witout opennssl.dll miranda do not connect to skype)
For the  other crash logs i cant remeber what was the situation, but i think the crashlogs will show themselves what was the situation.
