Why contact flashing in contact list and in the tray?

What means when any Jabber contact constant flashing  >:( if really there is no new message from him and even status is Away? When I switching Miranda to another machine with the same account, this contact on it is not flashing. How to reset this notification or what setting to change?

Main menu -> Database -> Check database -> Mark all messages as read
