twitter , how can I link miranda to my twitter account?

Hi

can I ask you how can i link miranda ng 0.96.4 (last build  updated today) ?

and can i enter my username to sign to link it?
I have created a new twitter account and the under username there is unknown
it worked before but after the update (today) i had to re-create twitter account
if i turn online , it does happen anything

Protocol does not work (~4-5 months) since Twitter changed the rules for access to the API.

We cannot yet find a way to work with Twitter via free API.
Basic API costs 100$/month which makes support for the plugin pointless.

Due to changes in the Miranda core, the plugins were adapted, otherwise they would not have been able to load into Miranda.
The plugin still can't login to Twitter.
