Miranda creates 2 groups in Contact list for Tox profile

How to reproduce:
1. Start to create neew tox profile.
2. In Default Group enter something other.

Result: Miranda has created 2 groups: Tox and user.

Execpted: Miranda creates only goroup which title was entered by user.

dartraiden:
- you create Tox account
- it has "Tox" group in settings
- the group is created
- you change the group name
- Miranda creates this new group

We cannot delete the old group because it may have contacts.

For example
- I create a Tox account and leave the default group name ("Tox")
- I create some contacts inside this group
- I create another Tox account and change the default name
- If we wipe "Tox" group then it will be bad

New account in Accounts, select Tox, enter Account name, press Ok. Miranda creates folder "Tox". We have not To ID, can't connect, but have useless group in contact list.

Solution: do not createg roup in contact list on ress "Ok" in New accoint window.
