Unfortunately, the problem persists. Since a few days I can not use Facebook with Miranda. This problem is also being discussed elsewhere in the forum. I'm just afraid that no one has an idea if and how to solve the problem. It could also be that Facebook completely excludes external applications and there are no more ways for such messengers as Miranda to log in to Facebook. Unfortunately, I am unaware of how exactly the Facebook protocol plugin works, so I can hardly help with ideas. But the problem is also that the cause of the account blocks is unknown here. Unfortunately, there is only speculation so far.

Could you explain your problem in more details ?
for example what kind of problem ?
How many happened ?
every how long it happened ??
Do you use the normal fb password with the Miranda , or you use fb app password to logon to fb via Miranda ?

I have tried everything I can think of in the meantime:

  • Normal password
  • App password
  • Deleting the device ID

None of it helped at all.

In the meantime, Miranda is blocked by Facebook on my end. You can find more details about my problem in the forum in the "Development" section.
