Miranda is designed for advanced users who need flexibility and an abundance of customization options. There is no step-by-step master. Use the installer from the downloads section.

Docfxit:
I installed the software immediately. I need to figure out how to configure it.
I guess I need to find an advanced user to help me get it setup.

It really shouldn't be that hard for anyone that has it running.  It would help if someone just posts a screen print of the options screen.
