Status messages/descriptions in default chat window

Hello,
I've just downloaded miranda ng after using some ancient version of im. Can I somehow setup the look of default chat window to show status messages/descriptions? That old im version had it, and I can't find a setting for this in ng.

If you installed Scriver or better tabSRMM plugin, you can enable Info Panel in options, so your window will look precisely as before

Well it's a complete chat window overhaul and I wanted to avoid that (I like the rough old school look), but if there's no helping it

Well, in fact Scriver is just a StdMsg enhancement, they are very close, while tabSRMM is really full of bells & whistles
