Message Window grabbing/stealing focus on incoming message

Message Windows steals focus when there's an incoming message.

The behaviour started after I upgraded to the latest stable version ~24 hours ago (v0.95.11 i think), I don't know what version I updated from but I changed nothing else.
I have tried the latest stable and development build with identical results.

Perhaps related to "Miranda v0.95.11 - Window Blink Bug": https://forum.miranda-ng.org/index.php?topic=5975.0

I'm assuming StdMsg?

I have the tabSRMM plugin deactivated and the Scriver plugin isn't installed.

I've updated again and that did not fix my issue.

Installing Scriver did.
With some UI tweaking this solved my issue.

Side-note: Where would I report a mix-up in the english language options for the Scriver plugin?

This is intentional "thread necromancy" as the same issue has returned.

I'm not sure when it started but most likely less than a week ago.
