Miranda crashes on exit - issue probably SimpleStatusMsg related

Greetings,
I would like to report a strange problem I'm having with my MirandaNG. Basically I had pretty frequent crashes of Miranda, but only after closing the application. Updating to the recent stable version did not help, so I decided to narrow the problem and start from the scratch.
I downloaded the recent MirandaNG installer and set up a portable installation with minimum set of plugins and imported messages and settings from the old profile. Was using it for more than a week - no issues at all.
Then I started to adding my default set of plugins - one by one and crashes started to appear right after enabling SimpleStatusMsg plugin.

hmm... no, I can't reproduce this problem on the same OS/Miranda version.

I would suggest you to make a copy of your profile, load it into Miranda, remove all accounts from it (it will remove all passwords, histories & contacts), compact the database (Main menu - Database - Compact) and try to reproduce the problem with this copy. If the problem persists, pack everything together with dlls, dat etc and send the link to this archive to me via email (ghazan at miranda point im)

After removing all protocol with statuses SimpleStatusMsg startup window is not showing anymore and options related to status settings are not present in Miranda's configuration window. Miranda is not crashing anymore, but I'm not surprised.
I thing I need to leave at least one account where the status could be set to have the plugin fully working.

the problem is that smth wipes out some data inside SimpleStatusMsg system data area
if you'd have VS2017, perhaps you could solve this issue quite quickly (or you can set up VS2017 Community Edition, English and allow me to debug this problem via TeamViewer)
