Bug: About page only displays once per restart.

In the latest Dev build of Miranda 0.95.8.18926 x64, the Help > About page will only show once per client restart. Once the dialogue has been opened and then dismissed, it refuses to open up again.

This bug was introduced between versions 0.95.8.18897 and 0.95.8.18926
