Support per-contact settings in VKontakte/HiddenSettings/Definitions

VKontakte/HiddenSettings/Definitions is protocol settings. But we have 2 hidden per-contact settings:


* ShowVkDeactivateEvents (same as protocol, but for single contact)
* FloodListingToPopups

Exactly how I imagined this :)

Entries need translation and FloodListingToPopups needs description to be added to L10n:VKontakte/HiddenSettings. Everythink else should be ready.

FloodListingToPopups is per-contact option. Default is true. If I want to disable "<Contact_name> is listening to <track>" notifications from this contact (and keep these notifications from other contacts), I can set FloodListingToPopups to false for this contact.

(and If I want completely disable this Listening to functionality, I just disable non-hidden "Notify about changes of contacts audio broadcast" checkbox)
