I use Miranda bc u can use Facebook protocol true encrypt. I think there is no reason Facebook have to scan my file and know about my firewall etc. and also after this application check your hd is still active in background with 2 process...

Please still keep updating and thanks for you work but pay attencion on this, What if Facebook scan us and think Miranda in not good for them ?

I'm unable to use the new feature, the animated stickers. I'm using IEView. Is there anything that should be enabled? I still just see a url... ???

mreizinho, to show stickers in IEVIew you should use some own JavaScript to show images instead of links (or instead of [[sticker:*]] texts). Btw they won't be animated unless you implement that too in JavaScript... (Facebook uses just single PNG with more frames and animating them with javascript)

EDIT: For example this theme http://www.miranda-ng.org/distr/addons/IeView%20Themes/facebook.zip should have support for showing images instead of links directly. So you can copy that feature to your own theme...

Why is it so bad for you to run facebook antivirus scan? Sure, it's inconvenient, but I don't see how it's so "very very bad".
It is an unwanted and often abusive crap that doesn't do anything but scare people into paying money for nothing.

PrzemekRyk, I haven't got message from you neither on Jabber, ICQ or any other IM. Unless you contact me I can't fix your problem!
Hi,
Robyer - thank you very much, but I've managed to solve my problem.  :D

I got Facebook "Login error: Czech"
for anyone facing the same problem, deleting DeviceID via Database Editor worked for me!

Since a few hours ago I am constantly getting "login error: english (uk)". Deleting the device ID does not help. Sharing my browser work session does not help either. Changing my online-IP while deleting the device ID does not help. Ideas?

I think I found the problem.

I tried to login using different browser.
Some warning showed to me: I can be infected with  malicious software. And I needed to use some F-Secure software. After that I was able to login and no more problem with login in Miranda.

I don't like the solution but it works. ;)

Myshor, yes, that is correct "solution". It is even mentioned on wiki - but as I see, it should be reformulated there, to better fit actual state.

Thank you Myshor, that worked for me.

Robyer, if you are referring to the "You need to clean your computer error"-Section in the wiki then it should really be reformulated considering that we are only getting this message AFTER logging in from a different browser. As a side note, I got the message today after logging out and back in in firefox, no second browser needed. Then again, I tried that yesterday and the message didn't come.
