Right now, there's one "Unknown contacts" entry in the "Options-Contacts-Ignore".
This is least efficient, i.e., when I'm using ICQ + IRC.
I want to block all ICQ spammers, but I want to allow unknown IRC contacts to /msg me.
Currently, such freedom is, unfortunately, not possible.
