New patch for LotusNotify

Hi,

This patch is following this request:

Next step in ui should be options page redesign, in some languages (e.g Polish) some texts don't fit into theirs space.

Patch content:
- split LotusNotify option dialog in 3 tabs to get more space for labels (for translation)
