Latest IEView broke link handling
« on: 29 03 2015, 17:21:37 »
This morning's update of IEView broke how links work.

To reproduce the scenario:

Use ieview, send someone a link and append a comment to it, for example:

A: https://twitter.com/noah_marugari/status/582136926062280705 lol

The recipient will see this link like normal in miranda, but upon clicking it, the link will become "https://twitter.com/noah_marugari/status/582136926062280705%20lol" i.e. the words after the link are appended to the link itself, rendering the link incorrect.

Inspecting the link in history, you will see the correct link - so this is really just something with how ieview shows and highlights links.

This behavior appeared after this morning's IEView update.

Thank you for checking this :3
