Does shlext.dll-plugin work with win7-x86?

//miranda NG x32, last stable plugins x32

watcher:
Works with x86 and x64, but for this plugin Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package must be installed in system (msvc* runtimes that come with miranda*.exe are not enough).

Arkos:
VC redist was already installed.

Admin rights didn't help, also regedit shows correct records are present.
Antivirus etc firewalls are disabled.


P.S. Also, doesn't work "standart templates" in TabSRMM...
