G15 plugin, no IRC messages

Hi there,

It seems like there are no IRC messages relayed to the G15 plugin, at least if they happen to be in public chatrooms, I can see messages from people who query me or messages from other protocols.

Is there some setting I may have missed or is this just not working?

Hi, it just doesn't work yet.

The plugin needs a patch for IRC, which isn't available yet.

I asked the author for the patch, I will post it here when I get it. Someone can look at it then.

Hi, today I committed the first version of groupchats support for MirandaG15 (not just IRC!).
Please try it, I don't have the keyboard, so I cannot test it.

Thanks a lot for the update, I sadly do not carry good news. I've tried the "latest" x64 MirandaG15.dll from here http://wiki.miranda-ng.org/index.php?title=Download and it completely stopped showing any information, ICQ which was working before does not output anything.

Going back to "stable" x64 and ICQ works again with the limitation of group chat in IRC not working.

Would I need to update to unstable Miranda NG or can I provide any logs or infos that may help you?

Yes, you need a complete Update to the latest development version, not only MirandaG15. Never mix stable and development versions. Use PluginUpdater, set it to update to development version, and update everything with it.

I can confirm, it does work now. 

I can see and reply to messages in IRC chatrooms, I didn't test any other protocols with group chat support. Thanks a lot for the updates and help you provided here.

Thats great.  If it work with IRC then it will work with others.
