File transfer bug in dev build

The latest development version (number 25251) sends files correctly, but reports an error when receiving files in ICQ. The crash dump is in the attachment.
The latest stable build sends/receives files without problems.

Again, I was unable to receive files in Miranda 0.96.4 dev builds 25756 and newer. But send file was OK. Other side used web-ICQ.
Dev build 25739 works fine with file transfers in both directions.

The ICQ protocol now uses so-called offline files (the file is downloaded by clicking on it in the message log). This mechanism is not compatible with History++ or NewStory message logs.

If you are using one of these message logs, please roll back to the stable version or use a different message log.

Bad news! Actually, I use History++. I think this is the best plugin for the history. So, I will use dev build 25739 until History++ becomes compatible with the new version of the ICQ protocol.

This will never happen because H++ is written in Pascal and cannot work well with C++ code.
H++ is unmaintained (there are no people in the dev team who understand Pascal) and we plan to deprecate it in the future in favor of NewStory (when we bring the NewStory to a usable state).
