I can´t send any images in google hangouts plugin and in facebook plugin too

Error message "No compatible file transfer mechanism exists"

I don't actually use either of those protocols, but I know that some protocols don't have file transfers implemented (for example steam), and the same message appears for them. So it may be that those protocols don't support file transfers.

that's ok, it means that your contact doesn't support any of file transfer methods.
you better use more advanced XMPP server with file proxy, like jabber.ru
