  1) The "Login using default browser" option still doesn't work. It always launches Internet Explorer.

es, this setting is completly ignored, and it cannot be fixed easily

 2) Trying to change the auto-check interval only works the first time. After that, you can't press 'Apply' to set a new value (button is grayed out).

No, it's still not fixed.
However, I DID manage to change the interval value two times before the 'Apply' button went grey on me now.

how did you check his build? because the development build only updates once per day (most of the time)... about 3-7 UTC (not sure when exactly..)

Yes, I can confirm that it's fixed now!
Although, there still a minor issue, because now the 'Apply' button doesn't become grey AFTER clicking on it.
I mean, it works, but since it doesn't become grey when clicking on it, you get the impression that your click didn't register.

I didn't create a ticket for the problem with MSN's mail counter though, because leecher has already pointed out that he's aware of the issue, and it doesn't currently seem to be fixable.

No biggie, but the icons for Gmail Multiple Notifier doesn't load anymore, and you have to add them manually.
