[PluginUpdater] Opening AppData\Local\Temp failed

How's it going.  I'm using Miranda NG v0.95.6 alpha build #18181.  For a few days I've been getting an error with plugin updater. "An error occurred while checking for new updates."  The log shows [15:31:38 0F90] [PluginUpdater] Opening C:\Users\ir0nfist\AppData\Local\Temp failed.  Any idea how I can fix this issue?
