Normally Tipper displays tray tooltips on mouse-hovering over a certain protocol. This functionality seems to become broken after right clicking the system tray and will no longer display until Miranda has been restarted.
Standard Tipper tooltips will still show when hovering over a user even when the traytips are broken (usually.) (There is also bug which breaks these user-tooltips too, but so far ive been unable to reproduce it as its much less commonly triggered.)
This bug has been tested with:
All user disable-able plugins removed except for [Yahoo + Tipper].
Menu Objects under Options > Customize > Menus reverted to their default order by pressing the reset button.
Menu Items under Options > Customize > Menus reverted to their default hotkey state by pressing the default button on each and every one.
Icons Enabled/Disabled.
This issue did not exist in 0.95.4 #13028 Stable with Tipper 2.1.0.7.
