How to disable close button?
« on: 11 01 2016, 13:48:09 »
On main miranda window I have Minimize and Close buttons and they are quite small (using a custom skin).
On more than one occasion I clicked on Close button although my intention was just to minimize the window.
The problem is that I am not even asked if I want to quit, so sometimes I don't even realize that miranda is actually closed.

Is there a way to make Close button act like "minimize to tray", or at least ask me if I really want to quit?

Just remove it?…
No button = no problem.

That's a great idea. I was able to edit the skin and remove the button.

Indeed. I think there is actually no function or setting that lets you close to tray. So instead of dealing with that, I also edited my skin.
