How does one use the SMS plugin?

I am using Miranda NG, and installed the SMS plugin, but it doesn't seem to be able to send.

Is there any instruction manual?

I tried to send to my mobile phone, but got a timeout.

Also, how would I enter info my phone to sent to Miranda?

AFAIK this is just a service plugin that uses protocols that support sending SMS. I know that ICQ supports this plugin so if you are using ICQ protocol and it is online then it should work.
