So I guess need to wait for the plugin to be found for update. Funny it was only happening with one account with the other user reporting this on github, just like in my case... (I was trying everything like making sure all the info was correct, verify email, phone, etc.!)
(I did take time to compare and try to understand the logs and I was seeing website messages in the non-working account talking about account verification and stuff.)
