blinking systray icon with new messages only

Hi there, moved to NG a couple of months ago. Very pleased with the results...

However, I can't find precisely what the topic subject says.

Do you know if this is not available in NG?

Can you please be more specific? What blinking, where, when, which protocol, private conversation or MUC?

I'd like the icon used for incoming messages on the systray icon to blink whenever I receive a new message for any protocol, globally.
I see the icon whenever I receive a message, I just would like it to blink as well.

It's not the same at all, online notification settings is not here.

Yeah, I have blinking disabled in Status Notify.
In any case, I'l lleave it like that for a while and see if it blinks now.

Man, be more specific if you want a help. What kind of messages are you talking about? Is it about private messages?
So, you still see the sys tray icon showing that you got a new messages, but that icon just doesn't blink?
Are you sure that all the settings are set just as on that image up there?
Be sure you're settings are also set as on this image.

Sorry, I mean messages from users, from all services (jabber, facebook, aim, IRC pm). Doesn't matter if it's a private message from IRC, or one from gtalk. The systray icon shows, bu it's not blinking.
I'm sorry again if I wasn't clear, I thought I was.

From that image, the one I hadn't ticked was 'messages'. I'll give it a try.

Install NewXStatusNotify.dll plugin and then go to Settings -> Status -> Status change and unmark all checkboxes.
