Added ICQ Contact doesn't appear in contact list

Hey guys,

I have experienced a problem adding an ICQ contact to my contact list. It does not appear in any of the groups, no matter, which one I choose for it to be in. I use the add contacts dialogue with options "Send you were added", "Send authorization request", "Open contact's chat window" and after clicking the add-button, the chat window appears, but the contact can't be found in the list.  However, the history is logged for this contact.
I wanted to check if I see the contact in the list while using web-icq and there it appears in List.

I tried to search the internet and the forum, however I could'nt find anything helpful.

Can you see the contact in Options / Contacts / Ignore? Is contact's checkbox checked there?

Hey Robyer,

thanks for the tip. I could see it in options and just had to check the box in order to make it appear. I feel quite ashamed right now, as it was so easy 
Does this mean, I added this contact earlier and set the visibility settings (or deleted the contact in the past)?

randsen, no problem. It might be caused by many factors - from these you already mention it might be also stopspam plugin that hide it because contact didn't pass the antispam check yet. Or that you opened his details from find&add window and adding the contact somehow didn't remove the "hide" flag. Or it might have been because of something completely else :-)

It's bug 981. Temporary contacts in ICQ wrongly marks as Hidden by default.
