Message notification icon strange behavior. (Fixed)

I found this problem for a few days.
Not sure what and when changed it.

It's not related to any protocol - same on facebook and GG.

Presteps:
- Options set to not show message window when someone is writing to you.
- Notification icon afer someone write something to you.

Steps:
- Wait until you get more than one message from other user.
- click notification icon in taskbar.

Seen results:
- Message window opens up. 
- Icon is still blinking in taskbar. (It stops when I click it as many times as many messages has arrived)

Expected result:
- No notification after showing message window.

My VI is linked to profile.
