Forcing a reboot after downloading the plugin.

I noticed that after downloading a component (plugin), Miranda does not activate the plugin immediately. NG you have to restart Miranda to make it active. Downloading components should enforce restart (as with updates), so as not to waste time on manual reset or search, whether it is active plug.

It opens options where plugin can be activated with no need to restart.

Miranda supports on the fly loading of new plugins since year 2012 if not earlier than that.

I think it depend on component.

Langpack? Load immediatelly.
Icons? Same, but this would probably need more work.
Plugin? Try to load immediatelly (not all plugins can be loaded on the fly), otherwise propose restart (instead of proposing opening options).

But I agree that the proposal for opening options is useless...
