Unable to launch miranda-ng on windows 10 unless you use run as admin

Like title say, the only way to launch miranda-ng on windows 10 is ussing run as admin, even with UAC settings to minimum.

Aokromes, if you install it to program files - use installer and choose the option to create profile in AppData. If profile kept inside Miranda folder - move it to non-system disk.
