Hello,

Here is an attempt to convert WorldTime plugin from M-IM to M-NG.
I don't have the sources for the icon dll...

Did you test the compiled plugin? Are there any bugs in it that should be fixed before a release?

I tested it but not sure it is stable enough (may prevent a correct closing of the application)...
Also one of the time seems wrong but it was also the case on MIM version
If someone wants to have a look, he is welcome.

If someone is interested, I've updated the sources to avoid a crash when opening option page (following global commit #12797)
