This plugin doesn't manage hotkeys like the others:
- 'Windows' key is not managed
- a hotkey seems to be always 'global' and never 'local to application'
- hotkey management is not the the 'Customize | Hotkeys' option entry (I can understand this point)
Could someone fix/implement first point?
