If we connected to Jabber and try to connect to IRC you will get a grey colored icon for Miranda in tray.

Expected: Miranda tray icon is colored (connected status) or other icon that inform about connecting in proccess.

Там вопрос несколько глубже (https://github.com/miranda-ng/miranda-ng/issues/3228), клисты, видимо, ещё и по-разному трактуют глобальный статус.

Посмотрим, что решит @ghazan.
