Title: User details works wrong

User details show incorrect information about users. UD does not show many information. UD starts to show correctry after some actions. I don't know why UD does not show all rifght at fist time.

Summary, Notes and Accounts are visible always. But srtings are empty (not specified). So, Avatar submenu is not visible for users with avatar, Location with filled location info and etc.

How to reproduce:
join to Jabber, any conference, RMB on any user in list, User datails.
close User details..
oen User details again.

Result: you see full information about user only at 2nd time.

Can't be reproduce in 0.96.2.24844.
