Title: Bug: Miranda still in proccess list after exit

If you exit from Miranda while its connecting to IRC you will get Miranda in processes and you should kill it manually.

Research and fix connecting to ip (null) https://forum.miranda-ng.org/index.php?topic=6444.0 before.

Fixed. Not reproducable at 0.96.2 alpha 24673 for me.
