Title: [icq] File transfer no longer peer to peer?

It seems ICQ file transfer has changed again. Is it no longer peer-to-peer? It seems to upload everything to the icq server now and from there down to the recipient?
Can we no longer have peer-to-peer which was way faster?

Also if that is the case, why can't we send files to  offline users like in the official client???

It's not peer to peer from dec 2018 or even earlier.

ICQ servers do not support peer-to-peer.

We can. I just send a file from one Miranda (online) to another Miranda (offline).

There is a bug in StdMsg and Scriver, which prevents offline sending. Try TabSRMM

Offline sending is also supposed to work to offline offical clients?

Yes.

StdMsg and Scriver have been fixed (https://github.com/miranda-ng/miranda-ng/commit/93b3a77b2590443e2b1e868b96196175f99180b9)
