Title: Pop up notifications

Hello guys, I was trying to find some additional plugin or option but no success  :'(
I`d like to see blinking icon in front of the contact each time he send me message.
Righ now this function works like
- when chat window is not opened with this contact - I will see this icon
- when chat window is opened with contact - I will see only flashes of this windows in the status bar

вопрос - в какой момент это мигание должно прекращаться, в таком случае?

При прочтении сообщения. К примеру по этому принципу ведь мигают открытые окна чатов.
В  меню Message session -> Maximum number of flashes - настраивает количество мигания при поступлении нового сообщения. Однако, если я ставлю число на 0, то мигать будет до тех пор, пока окно не станет на "первый план".

прочтение и происходит автоматически при открытом окне сообщения, как только туда сваливается соотв событие
