This is about configuring.

How can I know what all the options in the Menu do? (especially ones for the interface).

How can I know what all the options in the Configuration/Settings do?.

Is there a user manual somewhere?. How is it known?, (there are a of options in the settings)

Yes I have read through it. But it does not go through the options I mentioned. for the Main Miranda.  Same for the plugins (it only show features).
