We have a win 10 user that's complaining that the Miranda NG client keeps switching her to "offline" mode every few minutes. What can I check on her machine? No other users are complaining and it's a new workstation. Using the Jabber protocol

Start by creating Netlog (https://wiki.miranda-ng.org/index.php?title=Network_log) to check if it will show you any info about the source of disconnections.

Finally got a log, here it what it shows just after it logged off. Any insight?

Attached the entire log from after the second disconnect. Seems to be every 5 min.

pstoric,
server drops a connection immediately after sending roster, willingly. I don't know what can cause, it might be a low-level network problem of dropping packets, for example. I would recommend to disable ZIP compression first, then make another log
