Title: Miranda crash on startup

Hello, after my last update Miranda crashes on startup - even before I can make a version report. I got 1cb9_appcompat.txt into a pastebin here: https://pastebin.com/5GCYMiY2
Not sure what the problem is or what I should do... any suggestions?
