Title: Windows 10 1709 shows that contact is typing, but notification doesn't vanish

I updated to Windows 10 1709 and it shows that a contact is typing,
but the notification doesn't vanish when I open the contact or the contact stops typing.

where does it show that a contact is typing? status bar of SRMM window, window tray, contact list, popup?

I see the popup on the right bottom side of my screen. This popup disappears soon.
Then there is the notification inside the action center. It's the message icon on the right
side of the clock. Inside this area, the notifications stay and I have to remove them manually.

Must be something else. I don't have Toaster plugin.

It may be a notification through 'built-in Windows balloons', implemented in a Toaster-way in Windows 10
