Title: [icq] mobile icon is being shown on non mobile users

As the title says, i recently discovered this was the case, with one user at least. I think he uses pidgeon if that matters.

Which "mobile icon" The "on the phone" status or client fingerprint?

The former, it's called "mobile state" in the options. I figured it's a plugin by Robyer. Its description reads "Plugin shows mobile icon in contact list next to contacts which are using mobile client." so it's not doing that. The guy doesn't even have a mobile phone.

Well, look at "MirVer" value in database and see what it says there. Mobile State just determine it based on that value. So if that is reporting wrong client, it must be fixed in ICQ plugin itself.
