Title: Tabsrmm filetransfers broken in r17162

Using tabsrmm with r17162 (http://trac.miranda-ng.org/changeset/17162/) breaks filetransfers - since to tabsrmm, everyone appears as offline so tabsrmm blocks the file transfer stating that it cannot be done for targets that are offline.

Seems this happens only when pasting a clipboard object (like a screenshot). Regular filetransfers work. I assume the clipboard paste is something that tabsrmm handles ?
