Title: WHATSUP plugin not works

Whatsup not worked from many months, i seen update today, trying to login but not works.

When try to register again.
Registration failed. Reason: blocked.

WhatsApp works only between Miranda <-> Miranda. We need implement encryption to make the protocol work.
But WhatsApp banned our developer's account. They are not interested is that  the third-party clients supports their protocol.
